How long have you been at Evergreen?
I’ve been with Evergreen for two and a half years.

What do you do?
I’m a metalworker. I weld and do metal fabrication.

What do you love about working here?
I love that I’m always learning new things here — there’s always a new challenge to figure out.

Which project is your favorite so far?
I really enjoyed working on the sculptures for the HPE briefing centers. They ended up being really neat modern art pieces. And it was cool to go on the installations and see them in their environments.

How did you get into this line of work?
I wanted to be an artist when I was a kid. When I got a bit older, I knew that I would need consistent work so I trained to be a welder. I feel like I get to do both now that I’m at Evergreen.

What fun fact would people be surprised to find out about you?
I really enjoy traveling and have been to some pretty incredible places. I especially loved Rio de Janeiro.
