The Science Museum of Minnesota approached us for help when the Dead Sea Scrolls came to town. The priceless artifacts needed climate-controlled cases to stay protected as thousands of visitors came for a once-in-a-lifetime viewing.
Working closely with the museum, we built dozens of cases to the most exacting specifications. We were able to fabricate the cases on a slightly tighter than usual timeframe, much to the delight of the museum staff.
In addition to working with the museum, the cases we built were reviewed and Q/Aed by the Israeli Antiquities Authority to ensure that they met the quality levels needed to keep the artifacts safe. After the inspection, we transported the cases to the museum where they could be placed in the exhibit hall.
